Delivery

All orders will be processed by COB, and dispatched with Australia Post the next day.

A dispatch confirmation email displaying your tracking number will be sent via email, once the order is sent out. Monty & Moo will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items once in the hands of Australian post.

General Returns Policy

For full Priced items - If you change your mind or if your item is not right - we offer exchange or store credit strictly within 7 days on full price items only. The 7 days begins from when you have physically received or collected the goods as logged by AusPost or your in-store transaction.

For Sale Items - Items that are ON MARKDOWN/REDUCED or on a COUPON CODE ARE FINAL. These items are not eligible for return. No exchange/store credit or refund will be entered into.


You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning any items which are not refundable.  It is recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Any returned garment must be in perfect condition.

- The Item has not been worn, altered, washed, damaged or used or have any makeup/marks or unusual smells on it.

- The item should be returned in its original packaging with all tags etc still intact.

- Due to health & hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned for a credit note or exchange.

Returns On Stock Orders - Any items that have been especially ordered in from our suppliers or any item that we do not currently stock will not be eligible for return.

 

Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.

When shipping, please ensure your personal details are clearly displayed on the back of the package so we are able to identify the purchase.  Once you have a tracking number please email it to montyandmooinfo@gmail.com. Items lost in transit are the responsibility of the sender.

Once we receive your item(s) in their original condition, we asses and issue the relevant refund/exchange/store credit and notify you.

Any item(s) which are returned without prior authorisation from Monty & Moo, or fall outside of the agreed time frame, will be returned back to the sender without consultation.

Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.

If you believe the item to be Faulty

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your product before it is sent off. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us right away.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To facilitate swift processing of returns for faulty items, please contact montyandmooinfo@gmail.com. Please do not post items without pre-approval as it will only delay the processing of your return.

Faulty full price items - if unable to be replaced or repaired first, will be subject to a refund, store credit or exchange depending on which you would prefer.
